DESCRIPTION

Players line up in two lines every volley should be played back to the coach. The coach feeds the ball atrenating backhand to forehand.
Players should change line after each volley.

Players work in groups of 2-6.

Players get in a circle and attempt to keep the ball in the air for as long as possible.

Get the Contact:

- One player throws the ball to their partner and then they let the ball hit their flat palm. (no follow through).
- Progress to tapping the ball back with the racket when players are ready.
- Then swap after approximately 6 attempts

Cover Volley:

Coach feeds the ball to the front player in the queue who volleys the ball back then the coach volleys the ball to the forehand side of the player 2nd inline who moves out and plays back the volley to then move back in behind the 1st player who volleys the next shot the 2nd player know moves out to the backhand side to volley the ball once again back to the coach. 2nd player then moves back to the queue and next player in line repeats the exercise.
Very time a mistake is made by the front player a new player moves to the front.

volley:

two players stand in a volley position, one behind the other. The player closes to the net volleys every other ball from the coach and does not move away from the centre the player behind volleys the wide volleys back to the coach and moves back to the centre and next moves out the other way.
Coach feeds every other ball straight and every other ball left or right.
