Volleys:

Coaching points:
- Quick feet - slow racket.
- Hit for about 2-3 minutes.
- Make sure that the ball is controlled.

Volley Drills

Volleys:

- Player plays two rapid fire volleys from either side, then goes to the back of the queue.
- Set up targets i.e. cones.
- Split step before volleys hit!.

Volley Drills

Volleys:

- (1) volleys to (3) cross court with forehand volleys only.
- If a mistake is made change with non-player.
- Footwork is essential.

Volley Drills

Volleys:

- Coach feeds a short volley.

Player volleys down the line and return's to the back of the queue.
