DESCRIPTION

- Player plays two rapid fire volleys from either side, then goes to the back of the queue.
- Set up targets i.e. cones.
- Split step before volleys hit!.

- Coach feeds in, then volleys are played out competitively.
- Volleys must go to a single player.
- Must step into the ball and punch.
- Swap -> Backhand or rotate.

- 2-4 low feeds then stop.
- Low feeds, from hand feed, to encourage players to lunge.
