Tennis: Recovery Volleys 2

The coach is feeding from the basket and players hit 2 balls each, a 1st volley and a 2nd volley. Players can start between the baseline and the service-line running forwards and split-stepping as the coach makes contact with the ball. After hitting the first volley down the line, they must move forwards closing the net down and edging to cover the line before they hit the 2nd volley cross-court. The 1st volley must be played deep and the 2nd volley as a shorter angled shot.

Backhand side Players hit a volley from the 1st position followed by them moving into the net and vollying a fed ball from the 2nd position.

Players start on the base line. players move to wards the net inorder to volley the first ballback from the 1st volley position to then move in closer to the net and play a ball from the 2nd voley position.

The player stands at the service line. The coach feeds balls to the backhand side. The coach alternates feeds hitting 1 ball into the legs of the player and 1 regular ball. The player alternates hitting 1 backhand half-volley and 1 regular backhand volley in a down the line direction.

Player starts from the service line. Coach feeds balls to the deuce side Player hits forehand volleys cross-court until he hits 2 times in a row into the zone After achieving this task, player aims at down the line direction with the same goal

Player stands on the service line.  Coach feeds balls to the ad side.  Player alternates hitting deep backhand volley cross-court and deep backhand half-volley cross-court.

Coach feeds lob ball. Player hits overhead after the bounce back to the coach. Coach hits another lob. Player finishes with overhead deep to the ad side.

Player start off in the backhand alley. While moving across the court the players hit two volleys into the open court.

Player stands at the middle of the service boxes. Coach feeds balls to the player at different heights (low, medium, high) Player has to return the ball by executing the shot from different contacts and on the volley

Coach feeds balls to the player at different areas of the court. Player has to hit 4 balls in a row to the specific zones: (1.deep deuce, 2.deep ad, 3.short deuce, 4.short ad).

2 players stand in services boxes hitting volleys to each other. Play a continuous rally, counting to try to make 50 shots in a row. If they miss or the ball bounces before a shot then they have to start again at 0.

Cones are set in the deep corner (ad side). The player serves from the ad side and moves to the net, and the coach feeds the ball to the ad side. The player hits backhand half volley deep cross court and takes proper position at the net.

Both players inside service line near the centre coach feeds the ball wide of the players each time player has to move out volley the ball back to the coach and touch the centre line and move out for the next shot.

Both player inside service line 1 near to to centre and other service line/sideline. Player hits volley to coach (2) and moves out to sideline, then player 2 moves in for the volley back to coach (2). Players continue holding rally.

Two lines inside service line. Players move out, execute shot then recovers to touch the cone. Player then hits second shot, rotates around cone and back of the line.

Player stands at the net. 4 zones are set on the court, 2 service boxes as 2 zones and 2 deep boxes behind the service line as another 2 zones. Zones are numbered from 1 to 4. Coach feeds balls to the ad side. Player says loudly the zone they are aiming at as they execute the volley.
