Player 1 is working in the whole court and must hit 1 forehand cross-court, 1 forehand line, followed by 1 backhand cross-court finishing with 1 backhand line.
Player 2 is working in the forehand corner and must hit 2 cross-court forehands.
Player 3 is working in the backhand corner and must hit 2 cross-court backhands.
Consistency is key here, focus on avoiding simple mistakes.
Players rotate around postions to a set time, 3-6 minutes.
Players 2 and 3 working in half a court must be encouraged to only hit forehands from the forehand corner, and backhands from the backhand corner.
