Coach stands at the net. Player and coach rally together. Coach hits everything to the deuce side. Player hits only forehand cross court.
Live ball exercise is a great tool to see particular skills in a real environment. In this specific drill, coach makes player's reaction shorter by standing at the net. Player has to work faster so it will result in better reaction, quicker movement and more compact swings. This exercise is also a great solution for coaches who can't rally successfuly with the player from the baseline.
