In this drill, Player works on concise movement and baseline strokes. Movement in a figure of 8 puts emphasis on movement in all directions to be able to make the balls: moving inside on shorter balls and recovering behind the baseline after the hit. Coach can make this drill more challenging by increasing the pace of the feed and also by increasing the number of balls in a set.
