DESCRIPTION

Drill Set-Up:
Players line up on centre; move out to play play strokes amd recovery back to centre (touch cones) then move out to play second ball.
Topic of Emphasis:

  • Players should take quick adjusting steps and as they get closer to ball smaller quicker steps should be taken just prior to contact.
  • Coach dictates the side.
    Variation:
  • Players can alternate the direction of the shots.
  • Balls can be hit high or deep by the coach.
