The coach feeds from the basket at random a selection of four balls for each player.
The player must take every ball at the top of the bounce or on the rise.
If the coach deems that they have not succeeded in doing this they lose a life!
Each player gets 3 lives. The last player standing wins the drill!
Players should get onto the ball as quickly as they can but ensure they complete the shot before looking for the next one.
