DESCRIPTION

Purpose:

Accurate hitting to a good length with clear targets. Non competitive rally feeding.

 

Court is split into 2 half courts

Player B rally feeds player A.

"A" must aim his/her groundstrokes into the point scoring zone of the court.

Rally for 3 minutes.

Player "B" keeps the total score. (Good score is 100+)

Players then swap places.

COACHING POINTS

  • Players need to create height and spin repeatedly which challenges endurance.
  • Ensure correct set up and position of body to execute repeatedly for 3 minutes
