DESCRIPTION

Player starts in centre, having recieved a ball from the backhand side of the court.
Player has to hit back the 1st backhand the 2nd forehand and finishes with a backhand down the line into the open court.

Forehand / Backhand:

Player starts in the centre ha to hit the fist shot back to the coach (forehand) hit the 2nd shot back and hit the 3rd shot down the line.
Coach feeds the ball from the forehand side of the court.

Forehand & Backhand Drill

Forehand and Backhand Crosscourts:

Coach feeds for the player to do a forehand down the line followed by a forehand cross court. Coach then feeds across the court for a backhand cross court. Then lays a deep feed into the backhand corner for the player to backhand down the line

Forehand & Backhand Drill

Forehand / Backhand:

Coach is stationed on feeding position 2 and players start off middle baseline and moves to hit forehand then moves to hit a backhand.

Forehand and Backhand:

The coach feeds a ball to the players forehand. The player tries to hit it down the line as accurately as possible before recovering to the centre, another ball is fed to the players backhand for them to hit a cross court shot
