  • Tricep muscles are involved in all the strokes in tennis so it plays an important role in overall tennis performance.
  • Players have to strengthen this muscle regularly to allow for good power generation and possible injury prevention.
  • Players should control the motion and have the proper weight that will allow them to make it technically correct.
