Rally with the coach in a round robin system.
For variation use one racquet. After each shot players must pass the racquet on to the next player.
Players must stay balanced whilst hitting the stroke (focus on the shot, not just the sprinting around the court).
If working with a smaller group you can make the run shorter (not around the back of the court).
Progression:
You can involve the player alternating ground strokes and volleys after running around.
