In this drill player works on offensive mindset while hitting backhands. By staying inside the court player hits the ball earlier so the opponent has less time for reaction. Additionally, player learns how to hit the balls on the rise or with half-volley to not move backhand against deeper balls. These skills will allow to be more offensive during the match and put more pressure on the opponent to force mistakes.
