Tennis Drill Demonstration

Description


-The Coach feeds (i) long then (ii) short.
-Each player has two shots,both must go down the line.
-Player is aiming for the targets.

Coaching points

  • Make sure the player is hitting the depth on both shots
  • Remind players to use enough net clearance i.e. height over the net, since they are hitting over the highest part of the net.
