    Go on the offensive - Find your sharpest shooters with this team GB inspired shooting test session - working on free throws, lay-ups and 3-pointers!

    3 Man Weave - Turn layup | 3 v 2

    3 Man Weave - Turn layup:

    Play out a 3 man weave to the half court line.

    Turn and play the 3 man weave back towards the basket. When close enough the player on the ball plays a layup shot.

    Carolina Shooting Drill | Shooting

    Carolina Shooting Drill:

    2 players work with 1 basketball. Players must catch and shoot on the move.

    Once a player has shot they should catch their own rebound and pass to the other players.

    Once the player has passed the ball, they should make a run/cut and then get ready to shoot the ball.

    3 v 3 | Games

    3 v 3:

    Split the class into groups of 6. With 3 defenders and 3 attackers. One team starts with the ball and is attacking the basket, with the other team defending. If the defenders get the ball then the roles are reversed.

    2 on 2 Half Court | Games

    2 on 2 Half Court:

    Play 2 versus 2 at one basket.
    No dribbling allowed.
    Alternate possession. Play to eleven.
