Red Players are defenders

The coach shoots the ball, at the point it leaves his hand then he will call "rotate left" or "right" and the defenders have to rotate in the given direction before trying to "box out" the attackers.

Rebound Chaos:

Four teams of three rebounders

The coach tosses the ball up for the 1st three players to battle for the rebound. The player that catches the ball is the attacker, and the remaining two players then try to stop the attacker from scoring.

The 1st player to make 2 baskets moves to the end of their line. The winner is the 1st team to get all 3 players through.

Rebound Timing Drill(i):

Players line up as shown.
Toss ball up on backboard for yourself.
Jump up and grab a defensive rebound.
Pass to next player in line, join back of other line.

UCLA Rebound Drill:

Player 1 will toss ball onto the backboard Â get a defensive rebound using all good fundamentals

Player 4 will signal and call for Âoutlet passÂ.
Player 1 pivots and makes a good chest or overhead pass, then following their pass and joining ÂoutletÂ line.

Player 4 passes to Player 2 and follows their pass to join the rebounding line.

3 on 3 Rebound Drill:

Coach has the ball.
Players are moving as if in a game.
Coach will toss ball on backboard.
Defensive players must box out and rebound.
Offensive players try to rebound and score.
