DESCRIPTION

Roll off the key to the baseline and push back in from the baseline to gain inside position for offensive rebounding.

Repeat 10 times on both sides of the board.

COACHING POINTS

In the rebounding position the knees should be bent, back bent, elbows up, hands open and palms down.
