Simple drill to improve the technique of passing, especially ball movement towards the chest and release.
The starting player rolls the ball towards the player on the other side and follows their ball, running the other side and then joins the back of the other queue.
The receiving player steps forward to and pick up the ball and executes a bounce pass. The picking up of the ball and making the bounce pass must be done in one movement.
Progression:
Instead of rolling the ball along the floor your players can instead use a chest pass.
