Players stand in a triangle shape, with one player at the top and then three others standing opposite.
Passing in order each player passes the ball to the player at the top of the circle who must pass the ball back using the same passing technique as was used to pass the ball to them.
As soon as the ball is passed back the next player can pass back.
Repeat twice then change over.
