Basketball Drill Demonstration

Description

Jump rope in 10 second spurts.

Jump rope as fast, with cross overs and side to side with the rope.

Spend whatever time you have to learn to jump.

If you cannot learn to do this at good pace then you will not be able to improve your quickness.

Jump for 10 seconds and rest for 10.

Do this drill for 2 minutes.

Coaching points

The 2-minute duration for these drills includes the rest. 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 2 minutes.
