Exchange of the ball from dribbling outside the left foot to outside the right foot. Note the transfer of weight in time with the transfer of the ball.
Dribble the ball around one leg and through the legs. Keep the hand not dribbling the ball tucked into the chest. Alternate hands to improve the less dominant hand.
Transfer the ball from left to right behind the back.
Transfer of the ball from outside the left to outside the right foot using just one hand.
Keep feet shoulder width apart, weight slightly over the right foot. You should bounce the ball outside of the right foot. NOTE: The hand should remain on the top of the ball only to prevent carrying.
