Basketball: Teams Right Hand Dribble Left Hand Dribble Last Man Shoot (above)

Start with two lines of players either end of the court. On the command both players go and dribble the ball around the circle before dribbling around the centre circle. They then proceed to the last circle before having a shot.

Split the group into equal teams Place cones at 5m intervals. On the command the players dribble to the 1st cone before stopping and dribbling back to the start (whilst still facing forwards). They then progress to dribble to the 2nd cone before dribbling back to the 1st cone and so on. Once they complete the relay they run to the back and roll the ball through the legs of their team mates to the person at the start of the queue.

Split the group into equal teams. On the command go, players dribble up to the cone and back. Once they have reached the start they run to the back of the queue and roll the ball through their team mates legs to the front of the queue for the next person to start.

Dribble ball out 5 m. Jump stop. Turn and pass ball to waiting team member. Repeat until all members of the team have completed the relay.

Player uses right hand to dribbles to the half court line. At the half court line turn and dribble back to the baseline using the left hand.

Dribble to half court line using right hand. At halfway reverse dribble turn and dribble back to baseline using left hand dribbling. Last man in the relay shoots to win the relay.

Players dribble two balls to the free throw line and back, half way line and back, opposite free throw line and back, opposite baseline and back.
