Players take it in turn to dribble from right side of the court, rebound their shot, then go to left side and repeat.
The moves are;
(i)Cross over dribble.
(ii)Spin dribble.
(iii)Behind the back dribble.
(iv)Hesitation dribble.
Finish with a lay up each time.
