Basketball Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hold the ball in front with both hands at the level of your chest.
  • Drop theball, clap your hands behind your back and catch the ball before it bounces.

    Coaching points

  • Make sure that the player bends their knees when catching the ball.
  • To make it eaiser, start with letting the ball bounce once before catching it and then progress to catching the ball before it bounces.
