DESCRIPTION

Top side or over the top cut 1 has the ball
Player 2 will screen for Player 3 who uses the screen as shown.
Player 1 may pass to either Players 3 or 2

3 Man Motion Drill (contd.):

Blue passes to White Player 1 & screens away from the Red Player

The red player cuts to the ball, whilst the blue player rolls to the basket
White player 1 can then pass to either player

Rebound & rotate

4 on 4 Offensive Shell Drill Progression | 2 v 2

4 on 4 Offensive Shell Drill Progression:

Player 4 passes to Player 3
Player 1 screens for 4
Player 4 then back cut off screen
Player 3 then passes to Player 4 for a lay up

2 v 2
Cuts Off The Screen | 2 v 2

Cuts Off The Screen:

Player 1 passes to player 3 who is screened by Player 2
Player 1 may then pass to either of Players 2 or 3

2 v 2
Pass then Pressure | 1 v 1

Pass then Pressure:

Players line up opposite each other. Player 1 passes to Player 2 and then follows their pass to put pressure on the attacker.

The attacker has to go around the cone on either their left or right before passing the ball back to next person waiting in the queue.

The player waiting in the queue then throws the ball back to player 2 before the drill can start again.
