Coach has the ball.
Players are moving as if in a game.
Coach will toss ball on backboard.
Defensive players must box out and rebound.
Offensive players try to rebound and score.

Set up as shown in video clip.

When the ball is on that players side of the court they will deny.

When the ball is on the other side of the court, the players will come across and play help defence.

Once the ball has been passed to one of those players then they will play 2v2.

Split into 2 lines and have a line on either side of the court.

One player in the middle with a basketball.

The player in the middle will pass to the 1st player in one of the lines. After the pass is made that player will go and defender the receiver of the pass.

They will play 1v1. Only 1 shot is allowed.

Once a shot has been taken the ball will be passed to the opposite line where the offensive player will become the defender.

2 players will attack 1 defender. After a shot has been taken all 3 players become offence and 2 defenders will run in to play a 3v2 at the other end.

Once a shot has been taken at that end. The 2 defenders become offence and 1 defender will run in at the other end.

This is a continuous drill, where each end the same thing will happen each time.
