
Red player starts on the red cone. Sprint towards left cone first and around it (keep facing the same way), when player is almost back to red cone the yellow player starts pass to red cone. Pass back and repeat to the right. Once back at starting position, red player runs around the left of the drill and red player around his left so they fall in behind the waiting players. Run drill for 10-15 minutes. Split group into 20 players maximum (10 / cone)
