Split players into two teams. The teams split into two groups that then face each other an arms length apart. They should also 2 meters apart from the other team behind the starting line. The ball should be thrown in a zig zag motion along the team. Once each player has thrown the ball they should then run to the end of the caterpillar arms length from the last player. The team with all the players over the finish line first win. To make it harder if the ball is dropped the tea has to start again
