3 Phase simple skyball catching activity. Have 3 stumps set up (1, 2 & 3) Have 5 Tennis balls at 1st station, 5 softer cricket balls on 2nd station & 5 cricket balls on 3rd. Player starts on cone A and received 5 skyballs with tennis balls Moves to cone B and gets 5 skyballs with medium/soft balls Moves to cone C and gets 5 skyballs with cricket balls Returning each ball to the coach before next catch is hit.
Sky ball catching using 3 different types of balls starting with soft tennis balls and moving to cricket balls. Player just progresses and adjusts to different types of balls CAN MAKE IT A COMPETITION.
