Set up with 2 cones as shown and a player in the middle with a ball.
The players makes vertical movement from one cone to the other performing toe taps moving forwards and backwards.
Look for good contact with the toes, moving the ball forwards and rolling it backwards accordingly with the movement they are making.
Player(s) should avoid too much heel contact with the ground.
You can maniplulate the distance between the two cones accordingly.
You can have 2 players working in the area to add a form of passive pressure.
