The players makes horizontal movement from one cone to the other performing toe taps from side to side.
Look for good contact with the toes, moving the ball in a sideways fashion and ensuring alternation of feet.
Player(s) should avoid too much heel contact with the ground.
You can maniplulate the distance between the two cones accordingly.
You can also have 2 players working opposite each other to add in a form of passive pressure.
