  • Feet facing the wall
  • Hands above head
  • Squat down and maintain a neutral spine

COACHING POINTS

  • Wall is there to ensure athlete stays as upright as possible. 
  • Wall will also ensure knees do not fall forward so athletes hips stay behind.
