DESCRIPTION

White 2 gets in space to recieve a pass from White 1
Upon receiving ball White 1 has three bounces and five seconds to try to score.
Alternate possession between players. The
winner is the first to 5.

Blue 2 will pass to white 3 when they get open.

OFTEN USED WITH...

1-2-3 and rebound:

Player 1 starts the move by passing the ball to player 2. Just as the first pass is being made player 3 runs diagonally in court in preparation to receive the ball from player 2.

Player 2 passes the ball to player 3 who has a shot from the edge of the key.

Meanwhile player 1 should have run up court and is positioned ready to receive the rebound if player 3's shot misses.

Shooting

Pass, receive and Shoot:

Players pass the ball to the coach or a feeder just inside the key and run immediately after passing towards the basket.

When they are in a prime shooting position they should stop, turn and prepare to recieve a return pass.

As soon as the feeder sees the player is ready they should pass to the shooter who then attempts to score.

Shooting

1-5 Post Passing:

The player underneath the basket begins with a ball and tosses if off the backboard, simulating a rebound. They then pass to the point guard on the wing and sprints forward, while the player on the wing dribbles with quick feet through the cones.

Once the player dribbling has reach the end of the cones, they will then pass to the player on the run for a lay up.

Passing
