Sitting then standing passing:

2 Players sit facing each other with one ball at a distance of 3m. The players must do a chest pass to each other. After passing the ball the players must stand up, sit down and then signal which hand they want the ball and continue

Passing

Star Passing drill:

Players set up about 10-15 feet apart as shown in video.

Players must follow their pass to the next passing position. The final (4th) pass will to a player who complete the move by shooting a lay-up.

The drill then continues in the same way, with each player having moved on one position.

Passing

Simple passing and protect the ball:

Simple passing technique. 2 Players with 1 ball 4m apart. Start with a chest pass, then bounce pass and then overhead pass. The receiver must pull the ball into their hip to protect the ball from their opponents.

Passing
