Basketball Drill Demonstration

Description

Legs bent, hold the ball between the legs, one hand around the back of one leg, the other in front of the other, like in the image.

Release the ball, imparting slight upward momentum. Rotate the torso to catch the ball with the alternate arms behind the leg and in front.
