Basketball: Release Bounce Catch

DESCRIPTION

  • With feet apart, holding the ball with 2 hands between the legs with one hand behing the leg and the other in front, let the ball bounce.
  • Rotate the torso to alternate which hand is in fron of the legs and which one is behind, cathcing the ball after it has bounced once.
