Description
C's next to cone drive forward to receive ball. They use footwork to move to next cone, side step, then change to other side and side step to next cone. They sprint forward to receive from next thrower. Receiver at last cone receives first ball and moves to the first cone by running behind all players.
Coaching points
Strong drives, keep eyes to front when moving backwards, fast footwork. Good and accurate passes.
