The drill practices dealing with a high ball. Either player serves the ball in high to the player in the box (or get the caoch to do this). The defender in the box must either head the ball straight back to the keeper, or chest and pass the ball back to the keeper (the keeper can pick the ball up on this drill). Two players must press the ball as soon as it is served in to apply pressure to the situation. Increase the difficulty by allowing one of the attackers to start closer to the square.
