This Drill works on +Header Slightly +Defending
In this drill the Green must throw it to his teamate who then must go for it to preform a header back to the teamate. The red must try and steal the ball which makes this a perfect drill for preforming headers and in game situations like throw-inâs or Goal Kicks when the ball is in the air.
