
Wide Rectangular Grid 30X20. Players on the outside of grid ( Blue )will have a ball in their hands. Players in the middle of grid (Red) will move around the grid going to the Blue players and asking for a serve while they head the ball back to the player. Red Players will then move around and find another Blue Player to serve the ball. Players should not move in a circle.
Technique: Set feet in a side on position Forehead, Eyes Open Arch Back and Propel forward for power.
