
Set up a small area as shown within the diagram. Make a 6 Yard goal. Place 3 footballs which are 1 yard apart from each other in line with the post. Have one server who is facing the opposite half of the goal. You must start yourself within the middle of the goal, make a low save on the first football, then your job is to get up as quickly as you can to get ready for the other ball coming from the server in the other half of the goal. You must then do this again but now to the second ball and so on. Have someone timing you doing this session 3 times. Make sure your techniques are correct.
