
Set up 3 cones in a line which are 2 yards apart. Place a football at each end cone which are 4 yards away. Your job is to move your feet quickly through the cones to then make a low save on the ball. You must then get up quickly, come back through the cones to then make a low save on the ball at the opposite end. You will make 8 saves in total and will be timed on this session 3 times. Make sure you have someone timing you when completing the drill. Ensure you are doing the techniques correctly.
