
Prepare yourself 3 cones in a line which are 2 yards apart. Place a football 4 yards away from each end cone as shown in the diagram. Start yourself at any end cone you wish. Your job is to move your feet quickly through the cones, when you reach the last cone your job is to make a low save on the ball. Once you have made the low save you must get up quickly, come back through the cones and make a low save on the opposite ball. It is your job to get the quickest time you can making 8 dives in total.
