Keeper starts on goal line in middle of the goal, server call out the colour of a cone, in this case either white or blue. Keeper makes a low dive to the specified colour, grabbing the ball with both hands. THe keeper must then quickly get to their feet to receive a mid height shot from the server. The keeper will then return the ball to the server and await the next colour to be called. Each time a keeper makes a save they stay in the position they are, they do not retreat to the goal line.
GK must be alert at all times, maintaining a low keeper ready stance. Ensure GK moves hands towards the ball. Emphasis is on good technique on the dive.
