DESCRIPTION

The warm up consists of keeping within a set space and moving until a ball is thrown to a person. Once somebody has a ball in their hand they must stop and throw it to another person who is moving. A warm up is needed to get the participants blood pumping and their brain working. It will also prevent injury to muscles.
