Create a grid of approximately 25x25. Place 4 goals, 2 at each endline. Split the players in two teams as shown in the image. Blue team scores at the orange goals and red team at the yellow goals.
PROGRESSION
On the coaches call all 4 players sprint through the posts as shown in the image and enter the field. Coach provides a pass to the first player entering the field (try to equally provide passes to both teams).
Blue, the receiver of the first pass needs to quickly turn towards the orange post and go 1v1 to score. His teammate has to run to his help and try to provide suport 2v1. The second red player needs to quickly react and run to help his teammate. If the reds win the ball they can go and score.
