The orange team must aim to keep possession before playing the ball in to one of the black neutral players in the squares. When they receieve the ball, this signals a transition and the black players join the white team, who must now try and score within 20 seconds.
Depending on skill level and age, the time for the white team to score can be increased or decreased as appropriate.
