2 teams consisting of a group of 4 players in each of the middle marked channels and a group of 3 End Zone players at either end of the pitch. Area needs to be marked suitably for player age or ability.Emphasis is on the attacking team to play forward into the end zone players and break the defensive line in to score goals.The team that score keep possession of the ball which is restarted by the coach imputting the ball.If the defensive team intercept the forward pass,they become the attacking thing going the opposite way.
