Keeper starts with the ball. If they play into left side, the 4 central players move to that area to create 4 blues v 3 whites.
Every time a goal is scored or play stops, keeper plays it out to the other side. Becomes 4v3 in there.
Progression is to allow teams to play back to goalkeeper and out to the other side for quick transitions.
Encourages passing from the goalkeeper.
Two defenders should receive the ball on the half turn with the game in front of them.
Players have to remain calm on the ball. Always try to play forward but don't be afraid to use the keeper.
